Dementia Compass Ltd
Dementia Compass is a social venture transforming how families navigate life after a dementia diagnosis. We design and host innovative resources designed for the often invisible period between diagnosis and the need for 24/7 care. With over two decades of evidence-informed practice, we build, teach, train, consult and support our community to navigate dementia better.
Dementia Compass designs innovative resources and hosts community-based support for families affected by Alzheimer's, other dementia and mild cognitive impairment across Cambridgeshire and surrounding areas. We work with dementia differently, leaning into what we can do, even when options seem limited. Our distinctive approach recognises the needs of both individuals with dementia and their family care partners, helping bridge the gap between clinical healthcare and real-world challenges.
As part of our social mission, we're excited to present "Headlights & Traffic Jams: Navigate the road with confidence" - a free two-part workshop focused on dementia risk reduction and impact management. This programme serves:
- Individuals concerned about cognitive health
- Those seeking dementia prevention strategies
- People managing existing cognitive impairment
- Family members supporting loved ones with dementia
Please contact us if you'd like to host this talk for your business or community group.
